George has extensive experience recording with, and performing alongside, many established Jazz and Pop artists including Clean Bandit, Cliff Richard, McFly, All Saints, Charlotte Church, The Puppini Sisters, Bruce Forcyth, Ministry of Sound, Hedkandi.

George is a graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where his principal study was Jazz Saxophone. Since graduating in 2006 with honours, George has led a busy professional career performing and teaching.

He has performed with many jazz ensembles including The National Youth Jazz Orchestra and The London Jazz Orchestra. He has performed at a number of venues including The O2 Arena, The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Festival Hall, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Dean Street Pizza Express, and The 606 Jazz Club.

Career highlights include Playing at sold out O2 arena with McFly in 2019, recording a sax solo for a Clean Bandit remix of Whitney Houston’s How Will I Know in 2021, performing on TOTP with Charlotte Church and touring with All Saints on their comeback tour ‘Testament’ in 2018/19.

George currently teaches in schools in South East England as well as privately and online, to pupils all over the world.
